Green Diamond Equipment is your Maritime John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you, and we are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Used Equipment Coordinator at one of our NB locations.

The Used Equipment Coordinator will work with our 5 New Brunswick locations to manage Green Diamond’s used equipment inventory. The position will be based out of one of our NB locations and will travel within the province working with our sales and service teams. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of agricultural equipment and industries, has experience in sales, ideally in a dealership environment, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Used equipment inventory on MFP, loading equipment, updating pictures, prices, warranty, removing sold, updating hours, etc.
• Prepare and forward out weekly shop report to service/sales.
• Ensure paperwork is submitted for rentals, demos and loaners and follow up on timelines and invoice rentals. Send out weekly rental report to managers for review.
• Complete weekly report on used equipment coming in and forward to sales.
• Responsible for JD inventory audits.
• Create pending stock numbers for Used Equipment coming in on trade, pull monthly report and send to managers for pricing review
• Responsible for weekly Market book ad.
• Assist other staff as needed and other tasks as required by Management.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in efficient manner resulting in accurate and timely results.
• Encourage and support teamwork, workplace safety and cooperative fun work environment

Requirements and Skills:

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and industries
• Previous experience in a dealership environment  in a similar position or sales role considered an asset
• Mechanical aptitude considered an asset
• Attention to detail and exceptional ability to follow processes
• Strong people and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Be respectful and demonstrate sound work ethnics
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
