Responsibilities:
- Working independently, you will perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment.
- Work both in-field and in-shop to service customer's equipment needs.
- Share your knowledge by leading and mentoring others.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a certified trade such as Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic, or similar program.
- 3rd or 4th level apprentices welcome to apply.
- Expert knowledge of John Deere agriculture equipment a strong asset
- 5+ years of experience performing diagnostics and service repairs
- Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment
- Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
- Computer skills required
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Flexible to work seasonal extended hours and on weekends
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift license preferred
