Feed Mill Operator - Nights

We currently have an opening for a full time Feed Mill Operator on the night shift (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Our agriculture-based business is an essential service and we are able to offer steady, long-term employment to the right individuals.

Job Responsibilities:

The Operator 3 is responsible for:

• ensuring product stored in efficient and safe manner while maintaining accepted inventory levels.
• daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• keeping work area clean and well organized.
• keeping minor and micro bins full as well as completing all paperwork associated with the Operator 3 requirements.
• Advising manager when inventories run below accepted levels and notifies when product must be ordered.
• Assisting Operator 1s and Operator 2s as necessary.

Requirements:

• Must have a good command of written and spoken English language.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in making decisions and taking actions.
• Possess forklift certification or be certified within 3 months.
